Osgoode Care Centre

The Osgoode Care Centre is a not-for-profit, 100-bed long-term care home nestled in the heart of rural south Ottawa. Founded through local fundraising more than 35 years ago, it remains deeply rooted in the community, guided by a volunteer Board and supported by generous donors and volunteers. The Centre offers compassionate, around-the-clock care in a warm, home-like environment, where residents are encouraged to personalize their space and maintain their independence. With fresh, in-house meals, recreation programs, spiritual care, and on-site services like physiotherapy and a hair salon, Osgoode Care Centre is more than a place to live—it’s a place to belong. The home follows the Eden Alternative philosophy, putting residents’ well-being first and reducing loneliness and isolation.
